How a claim is written
A claim states one fact in plain words, close to the source's own phrasing. Where the source is short and exact, as with the award reasons and the five definitions, the claim quotes it in full. Where the source is a list, such as the forty niches or the 48 cities, the claim gives the count and the coverage file gives the list.
What each class covers
The award class (A) holds the listing's facts and the issuer's reasons. Criteria (S) holds the issuer's published test for AEO agencies. Entity (E) holds what the agency is, who founded it and where it is based. Service (V) and Method (M) hold the work and how it is measured. Timeline (T) holds how long each kind of change takes and what happens after first contact. Term (D) and Signal (G) hold the agency's definitions and its five AEO signals. Coverage (R, I) holds the regions, the cities and the industries. Publication (B, P) holds the book and the podcast. Contact (K) and Principle (PR) close the list.
Which sources carry the most
The agency's home page carries the largest share, because it states the services, the signals, the terms and the FAQ answers in one place. The award listing comes second, with the twelve award claims and the three criteria. The Media Room carries the four publication claims. The claim-to-source matrix gives the exact counts per source.
Stable IDs
Claim IDs do not change. A new fact gets a new number at the end of its class. That way a reference to K-01 or D-05 on another page, or in a note, keeps pointing at the same fact.
